An excellent pair of French late 19th Century Art Nouveau gilt and exquisitely patinated bronze cherubs both facing inwards holding a long bottle-neck vase with foliate scroll design.
Sculptural “violeteros” (flower vases) Made in Calamine.
Mounted on original marble raised on circular and stepped square base with on gilt fisinhing and four gilt cast feet.
Condition
In good condition, some wear and runs in gilding, but does not detract in any way to the beauty of these french vases.
